International Quality Congress 2021

Dear friends and colleagues!

International Quality Congress 2021 in Belgrade, Serbia was successfully completed online June 29-30, 2021.

It all went accordingly to the Program we shared with you ahead of the congress.

All the presenters have very good contributions especially keynote speakers: Prof. dr. Noriaki Kano, dr. Joseph A. DeFeo, Prof. dr. Paulo Sampaio , Prof. dr. Kazuyuki Suzuki, Prof. dr. Patricia Adam, dr. Lars Sörqvist, Christianna Hayes, Claes Berlin, Dr. Dean Rakić.

We would like to thank all of you once again for your support under these difficult circumstances.

Please note that you can still access all the Congress presentations as very valuable materials during next months. After sending us email with your invoice details (name, organization and email) we will send you the link and instruction how to access to the Congress video. 

NB. It makes us proud to allow all students around the world to benefit from having FREE ACCESS to the presentation of our Congress.

We will propose this kind of student participation to EOQ, EFQM, IAQ, ASQ, CAQ, ANQ,… to make it a part of their standard practice.
